Embroidery is an alternative promotional method to printing. Artworks are created and filled by stitched thread in colours of your choosing.
We deliver Australia wide including Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, and Tasmania
The process of embroidery generally consists of two steps:
1. Artwork files are digitized into a file type for use by the specialized computer program that controls the embroidery machine.
2. Using the digitized artwork files, the computer program relays this information to embroider (stitch) the artwork on to garments or promotional products.
To get started we will need an .eps .ai or .psd file. If you don’t have any of these please provide us with a high resolution jpg file.
From here we will then digitise your design and embroider it onto your garments or patches.
Our standard turn around time for embroidery is 17 to 20 business days. We do offer an express service if you need something urgently. Feel free to ask us about this.
For quoting purposes please attach artwork files or images whenever possible and indicate embroidery placements and approximate sizes where applicable.
The digitising of artwork is normally a one-time process. It requires relatively clean artwork as a starting point. A business card, letterhead, or a decal will suffice as this artwork, however high-resolution photos or computer generated graphics from programs such as Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator produce the best quality finished embroidery.
